Our Story

A kitchen built on

Every dish that leaves our kitchen carries a story — of Sunday afternoons in a grandmother's casa, of markets filled with chiles and cilantro, of recipes that were never written down because they didn't need to be.

We opened Restaurante Mexicano on Kings Highway with a simple conviction: that the best Mexican food doesn't need to be complicated. It needs patience, quality ingredients, and the willingness to do things the long way. Our salsas are hand-blended. Our tortillas are made fresh each morning. Our mole simmers for hours.
